A client tenant is any M365 tenant you manage for a client. If you manage 50 clients, each with their own M365 tenant, that's 50 tenants. Your own internal tenant doesn't count against the limit.
A custom workflow is anything not in our standard library. Maybe you need a specific integration with your PSA, a unique approval chain, or automation for a tool we don't have a template for. We'll scope it with you and build it.
